Cancellation & Refund Policy

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and our written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).

• Standard packages: 30% advance at the time of booking; balance 48 hours before departure
• Peak season (Janmashtami, Holi, Diwali, Radhashtami): 50% advance; balance 7 days before departure
• Same-day / last-minute bookings: 100% payment required upfront
• VIP darshan / Itra Seva packages (Banke Bihari, Govardhan): Full payment required at time of booking as slots are limited and non-transferable

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. The following charges apply based on notice period before the travel start date:

Peak season packages (Janmashtami, Holi, Radhashtami, Govardhan Annakut) carry a higher non-refundable advance — please confirm specifics when booking.

Certain elements of your booking are non-refundable regardless of notice period:

• VIP darshan tickets or seva bookings (Banke Bihari, ISKCON, Prem Mandir, Govardhan)
• Train or bus tickets booked on your behalf
• Hotel bookings during peak festival / pilgrimage seasons
• Advance payments to third-party vendors (boat puja, guide fees, entrance permits)
• Itra Sewa and special ritualistic service slots

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure events, natural calamities, government restrictions, temple closures, or insufficient group size. In such cases:

• A full refund of all amounts paid to us will be processed within 7 business days
• We will offer an alternative date or itinerary if acceptable to you
• We are not liable for any consequential losses (e.g., travel to Mathura-Vrindavan, flight/train tickets booked independently)

• Date changes requested 7+ days before travel — free of charge (subject to availability)
• Date changes within 3–6 days — ₹500 per person rescheduling fee
• Changes within 48 hours are treated as a cancellation and rebooking at current rates
• Peak season dates cannot be rescheduled without full payment

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
• Debit / Credit Card via Razorpay: 7–10 business days (subject to bank processing time)
• Cheque (if applicable): 10–14 business days

Refund requests are processed only after written confirmation. Please share your bank details via WhatsApp or email to initiate the transfer.

In the event of any dispute, our team will attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 7 business days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We strongly recommend reviewing your booking details carefully before payment and raising any concerns prior to travel.
